Bob A. Meynardie
Bio

Mr. Meynardie opened a solo practice in 2008, after 15 years practicing complex commercial litigation in two of the largest firms in North Carolina.  He left the large firm in order to provide more flexible and affordable solutions to local governments, small businesses and individuals.  Through the use of state of the art hardware and software solutions, Mr. Meynardie has been able to continue to serve clients in large and small litigation much more efficiently by improving the ability to find and present key documents and testimony while at the same time reducing the number of timekeepers (and therefore overall cost) to effectively present his clients' claims and defenses.  In 2010, Joe Nanney joined the firm adding his nearly 20 years of commercial litigation experience.

Mr. Meynardie has been a certified civil court mediator since 2000 and has acted as an advocate or mediator in hundreds of civil cases.  In 2011 Mr. Meynardie launched CarolinaMediations.com and "The Middle View," a website and newsletter dedicated to improving advocacy in mediation and thereby improving the mediation experience.

Mr. Meynardie has been active in the Construction section of the North Carolina Bar Association and currently serves as the Chairman of the Section Council. Mr. Meynardie is a sought after speaker having presented papers to trade groups, company retreats, and bar association groups on topics ranging from construction delivery systems and contracts to green or sustainable construction to electronic discovery and trade secret protection.
